What does your warranty cover?
Every project is protected by a comprehensive 2-year workmanship warranty. It covers chipping, peeling, bubbling, fading, missed spots and crooked or uneven lines. If a covered issue appears within the warranty period, we return promptly to inspect and correct the affected areas at no cost to you.
Can I get a longer warranty on exterior paint?
Yes. Depending on the Sherwin-Williams product you choose, exterior coverage extends beyond our standard warranty: SuperPaint carries 3 years, Latitude 4 years, Duration 5 years and Emerald 6 years. All interior paint types carry 2 years of coverage.
How long does exterior paint last in Colorado?
Our premium exterior paint systems are rated for eight to twelve years, depending on exposure and surface. With thorough preparation and premium products, a paint job covered by our 2-year warranty can typically last 5 to 15 years, depending on conditions and paint selection.
What kind of paint do you use?
We use high-quality, low-VOC paints ideal for Colorado's sun, snow and freeze-thaw cycles. Stucco gets breathable elastomeric paint, brick gets specialized masonry primers and breathable products, and we confirm the correct product for each surface before painting begins.
Do I need to be home during the job?
Clients do not need to be home for the entire process, but we recommend being present for the job start, color confirmation and the final walkthrough.
Can you repair siding or stucco before painting?
Yes. Light repairs, caulking and surface fixes are included as part of our painting preparation process. We also fill holes, scrape, sand, wash and prime surfaces to guarantee good adhesion and a smooth final appearance.
Do you offer any discounts?
Yes. Military members, seniors and first responders receive 5% off any painting project. Clients who allow us to schedule during low demand periods or within our flexible calendar receive 10% off. Exclusions may apply and offers cannot be combined, so call for details.
