Do you charge for an estimate?
ROX offers a free estimate on a new HVAC system. Contact the office to schedule either a service call or that free estimate on a new system.
What is the free second opinion?
If another HVAC company has recommended replacing your system, ROX will give you a second opinion at no cost and no obligation. It applies to furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps and full HVAC system replacements. A ROX technician assesses the system's age, efficiency, performance and condition, works out whether a repair, a targeted upgrade or a full replacement makes the most sense, and gives unbiased guidance with no pressure to replace.
Is your repair work guaranteed?
Yes. Once ROX repairs your system the work is guaranteed for 1 full year. If the repair does not solve the problem, ROX refunds the money for the prior repair, and will re-diagnose and repair the problem for the cost of the new repair if you wish. If you are dissatisfied with the service at any time, ROX refunds the full amount of the service call and labor charges.
What is the Priority Comfort Club?
It is the ROX HVAC maintenance membership program, which has been joined by over 1000 homeowners. Membership includes two annual maintenance visits, one in the fall for the furnace and one in the spring for the air conditioner, each with a comprehensive inspection, cleaning and tune-up. Members also get priority service scheduling, customizable maintenance plans, and discounts of up to 15% on repairs and 5% on installations.
How often should HVAC maintenance be scheduled?
ROX recommends scheduling maintenance visits at least twice a year, in the fall and in the spring, so the heating and cooling systems are ready for the upcoming season.
