The practice describes itself as a place where nearly all treatments can be completed under one roof, and often in one visit: preventative checkups, oral hygiene, pediatric dentistry, tooth-colored fillings and sealants; restorative work including bridges, crowns, dentures, All-on-4 and full-mouth restoration; cosmetic dentistry with porcelain veneers and teeth whitening; orthodontics with traditional braces, Six Month Smiles, Invisalign and Invisalign Teen; laser dentistry including LANAP gum disease treatment and gum contouring; sedation dentistry with nitrous oxide, oral and IV sedation; wisdom teeth extractions; same-day CEREC crowns; and emergency visits. Twiss Dental also offers spa services such as NightLase snoring treatment and SmoothLase facial rejuvenation. The office is currently accepting new patients of all ages, offers the in-house Vantage Plan reduced fee membership along with CareCredit and Compassionate Finance, and Dr. Twiss and one of the dental assistants are fluent in Spanish.

Are you accepting new patients?
Yes. Twiss Dental states it is currently accepting new patients of all ages. Call (720) 344-4375 to schedule. After your first appointment is booked you will receive a text message with a secure link to complete your new patient paperwork.

What if I do not have dental insurance?
Twiss Dental offers the Vantage Plan, an annual reduced fee dental plan that can be applied to the whole family. Adult membership for ages 18 and older is $504 per year or $252 plus $42 for 6 months. Perio membership is $780 per year or $390 plus $65 for 6 months. Child membership for ages 17 and younger is $408 per year or $204 plus $34 for 6 months. Each includes regular exams, fluoride treatments, routine X-rays, plus 20% off completed treatment within 12 months and 10% off ortho treatment. The practice notes this is not dental insurance and the plan can only be used at Twiss Dental in Highlands Ranch.

What happens at my first appointment?
The practice says your initial dental exam takes about an hour. The front office team provides new patient paperwork including a health questionnaire, a dental hygienist cleans your teeth, and then the doctor examines your teeth and makes any recommendations for further treatment.
What are your office hours?
Twiss Dental is open Monday through Wednesday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM and Thursday from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM. The office is closed Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. If you need to cancel an appointment the practice asks for 24 hours notice.
