How does the dumpster rental process work?
Choose the right dumpster size for your project and schedule a delivery date online. The dumpster is delivered on your date, you fill it up, and the crew hauls it away at the end of your rental. Just call or text when you are finished.
How soon can a dumpster be delivered?
Delivery is often within 24 to 48 hours of booking, though availability depends on location and demand, so scheduling in advance is recommended. Same-day delivery may also be available, so call the office if you need it.
What can I put in the dumpster?
All types of waste are accepted, including residential trash, construction debris and house cleanout material. Appliances, mattresses and other electronics are acceptable. Concrete, dirt and bricks are not hauled, and hazardous materials such as chemicals, batteries, tires and paints are prohibited.
Do I need to be there when the dumpster is delivered?
No. The renter does not need to be present at delivery. Give the office any special instructions at the time of renting the dumpster.
How much space do I need for a dumpster at my house?
A spot at least 15 feet long and 10 feet wide is required, big enough to park a pickup truck or SUV. Dumpsters can be placed on pavement, concrete, dirt or grass, and boards are placed at delivery to help prevent property damage.
What if my dumpster fills up before the job is done?
This happens often as projects get going. Trash Scoopers LLC is happy to offer a swap out during your rental. Contact the office to discuss pricing and scheduling for a swap out.
