Do you offer free quotes?
Yes. Bemis Electric offers complimentary quotes. For larger jobs or projects of a full day of work or longer, the team comes onsite and generates a flat rate bid to complete the work. For smaller projects, they may give an estimate over the phone and then disclose the flat rate when they arrive for service, so you can decide to proceed or cancel knowing exactly what you would pay. Complimentary estimates are offered for service upgrades and medium sized projects.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. Bemis Electric offers a limited warranty for 1 year from the installation date. It applies only to physical goods and workmanship purchased through the company and covers defects in material and workmanship under normal use and maintenance during the warranty period. It does not cover problems caused by conditions, malfunctions or damage that do not result from defects in material or workmanship.
Do you offer emergency electrical service?
Yes. Bemis Electric is on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for both residential and commercial customers. Note that flat rate pricing does not apply to emergency calls or diagnostic service calls, which are billed at a time and material rate.
