The practice happily accepts all PPO insurance and, as a courtesy, files insurance for Aetna, Ameritas, Anthem BCBS, Careington Umbrella, Cigna, Connection Umbrella, Delta Dental PPO, GEHA, Guardian, Humana, MetLife, Principal, SunLife/DHA, United Concordia, and United Healthcare. Before starting any treatment, the office offers a complimentary benefits check so you have a clear estimate of your out of pocket expenses.
What if I do not have dental insurance?
Ruby Canyon Dental offers an In-Office Dental Wellness Plan. The Youth Plan and Adult Plan are each $468 annually or $47 per month and cover up to 2 exams, 2 routine cleanings, and necessary X-rays. The Perio Plan is $708 annually or $71 per month and covers up to 2 exams, 4 perio maintenance cleanings, and necessary X-rays. All three include fluoride treatments when indicated, 1 emergency visit, 1 oral cancer screening, and 1 cosmetic consultation per year, plus a 20% discount on all other dental treatments. There are no waiting periods or service limitations.
What payment and financing options do you accept?
The office accepts cash, checks, money orders, and all major credit cards. It also offers 0% financing and long-term payment options through Cherry Financing, along with guaranteed fees and no-surprise billing.

What does the dental warranty cover?
As a Dental Warranty Certified Practice, Ruby Canyon Dental offers a Smile Protection plan with no cost repair or replacement of covered procedures up to the original treatment value. Eligible procedures include fillings, crowns, dentures, bridges and partials, night guards, orthodontic retainers, veneers, dental implants, root canals, sleep apnea appliances, and inlays and onlays. Coverage can be redeemed nationwide with any dentist if you move or travel, and you must stay current on your regular hygiene visits to qualify. This is not insurance.
