Crested Oak Dentistry is a family, cosmetic and implant dental practice at 2532 Patterson Road, Suite 1 in Grand Junction, CO. The practice describes itself as Grand Junction and Delta's premier family dentistry, combining the latest technology with cosmetic dental techniques and traditional family dentistry so it can serve the dental needs of an entire family. Four dentists see patients here: Kevin M. Lewis, DDS, Stephen M. Lewis, DDS, Alan Jones, DMD, and Brad Nelson, DDS. General treatments include composite fillings, crowns, bridges, root canals and dental implants, while cosmetic care covers teeth whitening, cosmetic bonding, crowns and bridges, and porcelain veneers. Preventive care covers cleanings and exams, digital X-rays, sealants and gum disease treatment, and the dental team has had advanced training in how to effectively remove all of the bacteria that causes periodontal disease. For implant work the office uses a 3D imaging unit to accurately assess and plan implant placement for optimal results. Patients can pay a bill online and log in to the patient portal through the Patient Center. Crested Oak Dentistry also offers yearly and monthly membership dental plans, including the Breeze Plan and the Perio "Breeze" Plan, which bundle exams, X-rays and cleanings with discounts on Invisalign, CEREC crowns, lab crowns and veneers, implants and all additional services. These plans are not insurance. A second Crested Oak Dentistry office serves patients in Delta at 102 Main Street, Suite 1.

Services

Cleanings & exams

Cleanings & exams

Professional cleanings performed by a dentist or hygienist remove plaque and calculus above the gum line and polish stains from the teeth, forming the foundation for preventing gum disease and tooth decay. Regular dental examinations help diagnose disease before it becomes hazardous to your health.

Implants

Implants

Dental implants replace the individual tooth and leave the rest of your teeth unaltered, unlike bulky bridges that require modification of other teeth. After an extensive exam a small screw is inserted into the jaw bone and left to heal, then the new tooth is attached. The office uses a 3D imaging unit to accurately assess and plan implant placement.
