Prices are by the hour with a two-hour minimum priced at $108, and after the initial two hours time is billed by the quarter-hour. Drive time and trip charges may apply.

A top to bottom cleaning of the home when you are moving. Service includes all surfaces, walls, touch points, light fixtures, doors, appliances inside and out, the inside of cupboards and pantries, and all corners and crevasses. Billed at $60 per hour.

Cleaning for offices, salons, banks, factories, studios, front-of-house restaurant space, industrial buildings and construction clean up, handled as secure and confidential work. How do you put together an estimate?
An estimate, walk through or bid takes a special eye to see how long a task will take. The team walks through the whole property and determines how much time it will take to make the home sparkle. An estimate is a best guess rather than an exact figure.
What if I cannot afford to have everything done?
Every situation is unique and there is no cookie-cutter approach. House Minders is happy to work around your budget as much as possible so you get the services that make the most sense for your circumstances. If deep cleaning everything on every visit does not work for you, the crew can skip and rotate certain tasks so that everything gets a little cleaner over time.
How does the guarantee work?
The crew works hard to make your house sparkle within the time you have allotted, and will communicate at the time if a job is running longer than expected. If they run out of time to finish, they are happy to come back and clean the rest another day. If one of their off days happens to land on your cleaning day, they will either comp your cleaning or return another day and clean it again.
Do you bring your own cleaning supplies, and what chemicals do you use?
House Minders provides enough standard cleaning supplies to deep clean standard fixtures. Specialty supplies, equipment or fixtures need to be provided by the client. Most of the chemicals used are as natural as possible, chosen with health, environment and the ability to get the job done efficiently in mind.
Are there any cancellation or lock-out fees?
Cancellations with more than 24 hours notice do not carry a cancellation fee. If the crew cannot gain access during a regularly scheduled visit there is a $45 lock-out fee, which covers lost hours for employees and the time it takes to reschedule. Keeping your email and cell number current and providing an alternative means of access helps prevent lock-outs.
Is there anything you will not clean?
There is not much House Minders will not clean, but a few jobs are better handled elsewhere, and the office can refer you to trusted companies for carpet shampooing, tile steaming, air ducts, chimneys, meth and drug remediation, hoarding, bed bugs, contagious disease and crime scenes. The crew will not climb ladders taller than six feet, which limits cleaning to roughly ten feet high.
What is the best way to reach you?
Text is the fastest option because text messages are checked daily, while emails are checked weekly and voicemails are discouraged. The office is available Monday through Friday and by appointment, and the team may not be reachable immediately while caring for clients or when outside of signal range.
