Spine & Injury Center of Grand Junction is a family-run chiropractic clinic on Patterson Road in Grand Junction, Colorado. The married duo of Dr. Christopher J. Angello and Shantelle Angello launched the practice in 2005, and more than 20 years later the couple still leads a whole-body approach to health and wellness. Dr. Angello is a licensed doctor of chiropractic who treats pinched nerves, sciatica pain and herniated discs with hands-on joint manipulation, and he holds advanced training as a certified provider of Class IV laser therapy, StemWave therapy and spinal decompression therapy. Shantelle is a licensed massage therapist with over 25 years of experience and a range of techniques from deep tissue to craniosacral therapy. Care at the clinic goes beyond adjustments to include spinal decompression, cold laser and red light therapy, StemWave therapy, massage therapy, physiotherapy and sleep apnea treatment, with surface electromyography (sEMG) used to pinpoint the source of pain before a personalized plan is built. The team treats age-related conditions such as disc degeneration alongside acute sports, work and auto accident injuries, plus neck pain, whiplash, migraines, carpal tunnel syndrome, rotator cuff problems, arthritis, pelvic and hip pain, ankle sprains and sciatica. Dr. Angello is also certified to perform sports physicals and DOT physical exams and serves as a Level I workers' compensation physician. The office verifies insurance benefits when you come in, offers payment options, accepts all major credit cards and works with CareCredit.

Why choose us?

Family-run since 2005

Dr. Christopher J. Angello and his wife Shantelle launched the practice in 2005, and the same husband-and-wife team still runs it more than 20 years later.

More than adjustments

Treatment plans can combine spinal manipulation, massage therapy, Class IV laser therapy, StemWave therapy, spinal decompression and physiotherapy rather than a single fixed approach.

Diagnosis before treatment

A comprehensive exam plus surface electromyography (sEMG) measures electrical activity along the spine to identify tense muscles or abnormal nerve function, then a personalized plan is built from the results.

The new patient offer covers a consultation, exam, first adjustment and hydro massage, so you can start care without a large upfront commitment.
