Lee is so helpful and kind. We’ve called her once a week since we got our new hot tub a month ago and needed some guidance on learning and balancing our water test results. So appreciate to Lee, and can’t recommend this place enough, especially for new pool/spa owners!

Jeff and his team at The Pool Man were incredibly easy to work with and went above and beyond my expectations. The header on my heater froze while I was away and they were very responsive and thorough. Jeff took the time to review the schedules I had established and offered smart changes.

I have nothing but praise for this company! We have used them exclusively for the last 5 years and they are great. They are knowledgeable, professional and timely. They always explain what they are doing or have done and educate pool newbies on best practices.

They have worked well with other sub contractors on our project to make sure that everything gets scheduled in a timely manner. Bottom line they are good people who want to do a good job and they show up. I will work with them time and time again.

Great experience, got an immediate response to my call. David said he needed to finish a job but thought he could make on Friday. True to his word he travel clear to Florence to help us get our pool open. We had called no less than 12 other companies with little to no response.

I used The Pool Man to repair a broken rope on my automatic pool cover. While I haven't used them before for any sort of cleaning or maintenance, I was very impressed with this experience.

We discovered the Pool Man when we bought our family home with a back yard pool in 1999. We knew nothing about operating and maintaining a backyard pool, but got hooked up with Jim and Dave at the Pool Man! They helped us and always were so pleasant to work with!

Always pleasant to work with, helped me track down a very difficult to find part at reasonable cost. Excellent at repairs and troubleshooting. And their expert water testing saves me from trial and error or guessing about the right amount of chemicals to use. Jim
