Jaylen was super friendly and seemed very thorough in his work and communication. Really glad he was our technician for our first service, left a great first impression. Mark was great he came and explained our service, what he was going to do, and how we should take care of things to keep our dogs safe. He texted and called in advance so we were ready when he arrived and he was so accurate on his time estimates! Glad to have Mike and the Enviropest team as our go forward provider.

I give Jonathan 5, but I give whoever sets up appointments a gets a 2 because (with the exception of a call for a reschedule this week) I never get a call for a heads up you are coming to do the service; except for like 20 minutes before someone arrives. I need more notice , so I can try to be home or if I can’t be home, to close my doggy door so my dog doesn’t go into the back yard.

Enviropest is one of only a couple of companies in Denver that treat termites. After reading reviews I chose Enviro. Jaylen and Keynon were exceptional. They notified me when they were on their way, were on time and very professional. They took the time to explain what & why they were doing things. Even explaining the habits of termites. They went above and beyond their duties when they bagged the leaves that they had to move to install the bait traps. Enviropest’s cost was very reasonable and they have a yearly maintenance program that is very reasonable. All in all I’m very satisfied with this company and highly recommend hiring them.
