What protection is included if something gets damaged?
Basic Liability is included in all service rates at 60 cents per pound per article, with no charge to you. Additional liability in the form of replacement cost value insurance can be purchased through our insurance company before the move. We also offer our Furniture Protection Plan, which sends a professional repair specialist out for touch-ups on nicks, dings, or scratches.
