Sopris Smiles is a family and cosmetic dental practice on East Girard Place in Englewood, Colorado, led by Dr. Golnaz Samimifar, DMD. FAQs
Do you offer anesthetic-free dental procedures?
Yes. We use Solea CO2 laser technology, which lets Dr. Golnaz perform certain procedures without local anesthetic injections. Patients specifically seek us out for laser cavity fillings and anesthetic-free treatment, and the laser works on both teeth and gum tissue.
What are your office hours?
We are open Monday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Tuesday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Wednesday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and Thursday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. We are closed Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Do you accept dental insurance?
Yes. We work with most major insurance carriers, both in and out of network, and we are happy to verify your benefits and submit claims as a complimentary service. If you want to know whether we accept your carrier, contact the office and we will get you an answer.
What if I do not have dental insurance?
We offer in-house Sopris Wellness Plans for patients without traditional dental insurance or who have hit their annual maximum. Plans cover preventive visits and include 15% off most treatment, benefits are active the day you enroll, and there are no waiting periods. These plans are a discount program, not dental insurance.
What technology do you use?
Our office uses CEREC scanning and milling for same-day crowns, a Cone Beam CT scanner for precise implant planning and diagnostics, digital photography and digital scanning for more comfortable impressions, digital low radiation x-rays, and laser therapy for periodontal treatment.
Are you accepting new patients?
