FAQs

Are your estimates guaranteed pricing?
Yes. We will not start the work until the price is agreed upon. We will never do the work and then come back and tell you that it is now going to cost more.
How long does an install take?
We typically finish any install in less than one day. Furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, water heaters can all be completed in one day. Boilers and some custom jobs can take 2 to 3 days.
How far out are you typically scheduled?
We can typically accommodate same day or next day work. We rarely have to schedule installs out by more than a week.
Do you subcontract your work?
We don't sub out any hvac work. We partner with some electricians for complex electrical work, but all of our hvac techs are in house.
Are you only trying to sell new equipment?
No. Though installs are essential to keep our business running, we never do high pressure sales tactics. Our goal is to give you an excellent customer experience so that you refer us to your friends/family and when the time comes to replace your system, you go with us.
Are you licensed/insured?
Yes, we carry over 40 Colorado front range licenses, EPA and nate certifications. Our owners, Jim Morse and James Morse, both carry Master Mechanical licenses and supervisor licenses. We carry general liability, workmans comp and auto insurance.
How long has your company been around?
We started business in 2007
Are you really open 24/7?
We offer emergency services during peak cold or hot days. We always have an office employee and service technician on call. We rarely get calls overnight, but if the temperature is dangerously low, we do our best to accommodate emergency calls. We don't mind running emergency calls on weekends and we can typically offer estimates on weekends as well.
Who are the owners?
Jim Morse and James Morse - father and son - are the owners. Jim Morse began in the industry as a sheet metal worker, working his way up to eventually growing several businesses as a manager before starting Mountain Breeze in 2007. James Morse began as an install helper, learning every aspect of the business both in the field and in the office. He's worked as an installer, service tech and manager.
Do you offer financing?
Yes, we currently offer financing with approved credit through Wells Fargo. Click here for more information.

Yes, we offer a comprehensive membership for both new and existing customers
What brands do you typically sell?
We typically sell : Amana for Furnaces and Air conditioners Bosch for Cold Climate Heat Pumps, High Efficiency Furnaces, Hybrid Electric Heat Pump Water Heaters and Tankless Water Heaters Rinnai for Tankless Water Heaters NTI for High Efficiency Boilers Dunkirk for Cast Iron Boilers However, we have access to sell most brands and will service any make and model.
