The idea for an Initial Clean is to make your home super clean, so we have a fresh start. We’ll stay until your home is cleaner than it’s ever been. You’ll be impressed, and hire us for regular house cleaning, say every week or two (or maybe 4). The next time we come, we’ll find that your blinds, baseboards and shower corners are still in good condition, so it will take us much less time to clean, than the first visit. That doesn’t mean we’ll leave your home any less clean than the first time. It just means it will take us less time to restore it to a pristinely clean condition, since we are visiting regularly. Move out cleanings are by the hour, and not by the job, which is in contrast to service for regular house cleaning–clients seeking regular service may ask for a fixed price quote. The price for Move Out Cleans is $62 per cleaner per hour, with a minimum of $372, or six man-hours. Of course condition is a major driver for cleaning time. Aside from that, clients can manage the cleaning team and scope of the team’s activities, if they wish, in order to purchase whatever amount of time may be needed. This can be important for move-out cleanings, as the level of detail in terms of inside cabinets and drawers, cleaning of window tracks, and other discretionary work contributes to the variability of clean times for move-out cleaning assignments.

Continuity isn’t really possible on Saturdays, because our Saturday cleaners are actually our everyday cleaners . . . the ones who just happened to volunteer for to work for this particular weekend. That’s why, if you want to be cleaned regularly, you’re going to have to pick a weekday for regular service.
