What are your office hours?
We are open Monday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Tuesday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Wednesday and Thursday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Friday from 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM. We are closed Saturday and Sunday.

How do I book an appointment?
Simply call our office or use our online scheduler to make an appointment. Once you book, we follow up to collect your comfort preferences and health history and to send insurance and payment paperwork in advance.
What should I do before my first visit?
You have the option of completing the new patient paperwork before your first appointment. Please arrive 15 minutes early with your completed forms, your insurance card and any questions you have, so you get the most out of your time with the dental team.
What if I need to cancel my appointment?
If you are unable to make your appointment, please let us know at least 48 hours beforehand so we can offer the time slot to another patient.
Do you accept dental insurance?
Yes. Our office accepts most major dental insurance plans, including Aetna, Aflac, Assurant SunLife, BCBS, Careington, Cigna, Delta, GEHA Connection, Guardian, Humana, MetLife, UCCI and Unum. If you do not see your plan listed or you are out of network, call us and we will verify your coverage and help you make the most of your benefits.
How can I pay if I do not have insurance?
We offer several ways to pay, including cash, checks and major credit cards. We accept CareCredit, a healthcare credit card for out of pocket expenses not covered by dental insurance, and we accept VantageOne, an annual discount dental savings plan for patients without insurance.
