Through an established network of short line railroads Tactical can arrange railcar storage, mobile repairs, and mobile railcar cleaning and blasting, and mobile crews are available to clean and blast cars on storage yards and at customer locations. In mid-2017 the company was purchased by a management and investor group led by Rail Partners Management Group, Seneca Partners and Uniprop, adding depth of management expertise and access to capital.
