Wellness Spa Rx is a combined chiropractic office and wellness spa serving Commerce City from its Reunion location at 104th and Tower Road, with a second Colorado location in Westminster at 80th and Sheridan Boulevard. The practice brings chiropractic care, dry needling, massage therapy, assisted stretching, medical aesthetics and IV therapy together under one roof so that a visit can address pain, recovery and appearance in the same place. Chiropractic care is led by Dr. Ryne Ibarra, who found chiropractic after multiple car accidents left him with neck and shoulder pain and now uses adjustments and muscle rehab to get patients back to the activities they love. The aesthetics and medical side is handled by Mrs. Sheree, a Family Nurse Practitioner with over 25 years of experience in healthcare who focuses on functional medicine, hormone therapy and medical aesthetics, and Mrs. Tara, a licensed Registered Nurse working in aesthetics, neurotoxins, injectables and weight loss. The massage team works in hot stone, cupping, aroma therapy and other modalities, and treats both in-person and corporate clients. The wider menu covers facials and skin care, microneedling, waxing, brow and lash services, Botox and fillers, semaglutide weight loss, IV therapy, vitamin injections, infrared sauna, teeth whitening and spray tanning, plus small group fitness classes on Tuesday and Thursday evenings. Do you run fitness classes?
Yes. Small group classes meet every Tuesday and Thursday from 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm, and combine Fitwall vertical training with HIIT, functional, circuit and strength training. Classes are booked through the same online booking system as spa and chiropractic appointments.

The Reunion location is at 18335 East 103rd Avenue, Suite 203, Commerce City, Colorado 80022, near 104th and Tower Road, and there is a second location in Westminster at 7970 Sheridan Boulevard, Suite 100B. Hours at the Commerce City location are Monday through Thursday 10:00 am to 7:00 pm, Friday 10:00 am to 9:00 pm, Saturday 10:00 am to 5:00 pm and Sunday 10:00 am to 4:00 pm.
