Can you give me a price before you come out?
Prices are quoted over the phone as often as the team is able. Some jobs, such as remodel work or sewer excavation, cannot be quoted by phone because the scope of work has to be seen first.
Is there a charge for an estimate?
There is a $55 estimate fee, and it is applied toward your job if you accept the price given on the day the plumber comes out.
Do you warranty your work?
Yes. New fixtures supplied by the company carry a one year parts and labor warranty, and drain and sewer cleaning work carries a 30 day limited warranty.
