Pine Creek Dental is a privately owned, veteran owned, and locally owned general and family dental practice at 9080 Wild Mustang Grove in Colorado Springs. Dr. Bill Thompson founded the practice in 2004 after returning to Colorado Springs from U.S. Army service, and Dr. Ellie Cochran joined the team in 2025. The office is a full service practice treating patients of all ages, with preventative care such as cleanings, exams, sealants, fluoride treatment, and oral cancer screening alongside restorative and cosmetic work including dental implants, implant restoration, CEREC same day crowns, porcelain restorations, veneers, bonding, dentures, and SimplyClear aligners. The team also handles periodontics, oral surgery, TMJ treatment, nightguards, pediatric dentistry, and emergency dentistry, supported by digital x-rays, digital impressions, CAD/CAM, intraoral cameras, and laser dentistry. Pine Creek Dental accepts many dental insurance plans, processes claims electronically, takes all major credit cards and cash, and offers financing through CareCredit, Cherry Financing, and the in house Pine Creek Dental Club. The practice is accepting new patients, and every new patient receives a free teeth whitening kit.

No. Pine Creek Dental does not accept walk-in visits, but the team is happy to help you make an appointment. Call the office or stop by the front desk to schedule your next visit at a time that works for you.

Yes. The office accepts many dental insurance plans. Because coverage details change often, the practice encourages you to contact your insurance provider directly, and the team can also submit a preauthorization form to confirm your plan covers a procedure. Claims are submitted electronically.
