Nick from Precision Garage Door Service was fantastic! He arrived exactly on time, greeted me with a friendly and professional attitude, and immediately got to work. He took the time to explain what he was doing, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable with the process.

Garage door wouldn’t open and they came out just a couple hours after calling. Nick was our guy and he called to tell us he was coming and offered to stop at a gas station and grab us some drinks on his way over.

We have used Precision for years. In the past they have fixed a broken spring , serviced our garage door and just this week finally had to put in a new garage door opener. So extremely satisfied with their professionalism, their quick response time and the quality of the work Luke did.

James the tech was awesome, explained everything in detail and I went with a new Liftmaster which is great and he replaced the rusted cables, and brackets on the bottoms. I couldn’t be happier with Precision which is why I always called them since 2004.

I've had Precision perform repairs and general maintenance on our garage doors a couple of times now, and each time they have been professional, timely, more than reasonable on cost and just super nice guys.

They were able to respond same day on a weekend to repair my garage door. The technician was very knowledgeable and fixed the problem very efficiently. I was extremely happy with the job.

James did a great job. He was very pleasant and explained what needed to be done and gave us quote whe h didn’t change. May have seemed high to me but I guess that’s what the world is up to now. All good overall.

Luke Wilson was my tech and he explained everything step by step on what needed to be done. Gave me a very reasonable quote. Sold me on some garage rollers which I am absolutely glad I got them installed and honored the coupon I printed.
