Task Titan uses flat-rate time-based packages instead of hourly billing: the Quartet at 2 hours for $249, Half Day at 4 hours for $449, 3/4 Day at 6 hours for $649, and Full Day at 8 hours for $849. Every package includes the skilled handyman, standard tools and cleanup, and materials are billed separately at cost.
Is the work covered by a warranty?
Yes. Every job comes with a 3-year warranty on both labor and the materials Task Titan supplies. If something installed or repaired is not working properly within 3 years, the team comes back and makes it right at no additional cost. Materials purchased directly by the customer are not covered, and the warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by other factors.
What payment methods are accepted?
Task Titan accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover, along with debit cards and checks. Payment is due upon completion of the service, and payment arrangements can be discussed for larger projects or maintenance plans.
What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Task Titan asks for at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule without any fees. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a $50 trip charge to cover scheduling costs.
Do I need to be home during the service?
Task Titan prefers that you or another adult be present, especially at the start and end of the service. If you have a trusted way to provide access such as a lockbox or garage code, the team can work with your schedule and will send photos and updates throughout the job.
What kind of work does Task Titan not take on?
Task Titan is a handyman service rather than a general contractor, so it does not do full kitchen or bath remodels, structural additions, major electrical re-wiring, or whole-house flooring. The focus is repairs, maintenance and installations.
