Extensive prep work is the base of every job: exterior surfaces are power washed with exterior cleaners, loose or peeling paint is scraped, gaps, cracks, voids, and nail holes are caulked, rotten wood siding or fascia is repaired or replaced, and bare wood is spot primed before premium Sherwin Williams or Benjamin Moore paint goes on. Clear Choice Painters is EPA RRP Lead Certified and prepares and paints homes built before 1978 that contain lead based paint, testing the property first to determine the safest plan of action.
