City Auto Repair is a family-owned and operated auto repair shop that opened its doors in Gainesville, Florida in 1981 and has served the Alachua County area for more than forty years. The shop handles everything from routine maintenance to emergency repairs, including engines and transmissions, brake services, oil changes, tires, diagnostic tests, tune-ups, towing, steering and alignment, battery and electric work, heating and air, fleet services, gas fuel services, and belts, hoses and filters. Certified and specially trained technicians use the latest diagnostic tools to find the root cause of a problem and service a wide variety of American-built and Asian-built vehicle brands. Owner Rachael Wacha grew up in the shop her father started and carries on that legacy with a team built around integrity, clear and honest communication, and quality service and parts. Qualifying work is backed by a 24 month/24,000 mile nationwide warranty, and the waiting area offers coffee, snacks, television, and a children's play area while your car is being serviced.
