Is your work guaranteed?
Recurring pest control services come with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied, Smith's schedules a quality control visit to inspect the property and build a plan, and the service manager may recommend complimentary follow-up visits at no extra charge. If the plan is followed together and the problem still is not resolved, Smith's refunds up to three service payments.
Do you offer a warranty on gopher and mole work?
Yes. One-time gopher and mole control services include a 30-day warranty, so if gophers or moles return within 30 days of the completed service, Smith's comes back.
