Tree work is guided by ISA Certified Arborists, and the company is fully licensed by the California Contractors State License Board, insured, and bonded. Free estimates are provided for all tree services except arborist consultations, and emergency tree service is available for hazardous trees and storm damage.

Do you provide free estimates?
Yes. LC Tree Service provides free, no obligation estimates for all of its tree services, with the exception of arborist consultations. In most cases you will receive a detailed written estimate within 24 hours of your appointment, and you do not need to be present for the estimate.
Are you licensed, insured, and bonded?
Yes. LC Tree Service is fully licensed by the California Contractors State License Board under license #979396, and the company is insured and bonded with workers' compensation and general liability insurance. Certificates of insurance can be provided on request.
Do you offer emergency tree service?
Yes. Emergency tree services are available for hazardous trees, storm damage, fallen trees, and other urgent situations. Emergency situations are prioritized, and same day service may be available depending on the schedule.

Will your crew clean up after the job?
Yes. Branches, logs, and debris are removed, and the area is raked and blown before the crew leaves, so the property is left as clean as it was found.
What forms of payment do you accept?
LC Tree Service accepts cash, check, and all major credit cards. For residential projects, payment is due upon completion of the work. Financing is not offered at this time.
Do you work with businesses, HOAs, and government agencies?
Yes. The company provides tree services for commercial properties, apartment complexes, homeowners associations, schools, municipalities, and businesses, and it holds SLBE, SDVOSB, DVBE, SB (Micro), SB-PW, and DGS certifications for government work, including prevailing wage projects.
How often should my trees be trimmed?
Most mature trees benefit from professional tree trimming every 1 to 5 years. The right interval depends on the species, size, and condition of the tree, which an arborist can review during the estimate.
