Are roofing inspections free?
Yes. Build Brothers offers free roofing inspections, and they include a complimentary narrated video so you can see the condition of your roof and exactly what your home needs.
What warranty comes with your roofing work?
All roofing work is backed by a lifetime workmanship warranty. Asphalt shingle roofs also carry a 50-year manufacturer warranty backed by partner Owens Corning.
Do you subcontract your work?
No. All solar and roofing projects are completed by the in-house, licensed and trained Build Brothers team.
What roofing materials do you install?
The team installs asphalt shingle, tile roofs in concrete, clay, flat and two-piece styles, and TPO flat roofing, and it can also do a lift and reset on existing tile.
What is a lift and reset?
If your tile roof is still in decent shape, the existing tiles are removed, new waterproof underlayment is installed, and then the same tiles are put back on for a refreshed, leak-proof roof without paying for all new materials.
Can you install roofing and solar at the same time?
Yes. Build Brothers is licensed in both roofing and solar, so both systems are designed to work together from day one and the whole installation is coordinated by one team.
