Do you take insurance?
Yes. We accept most PPO insurance plans with out of network coverage, including Aetna, Anthem BlueCross, Blue Shield of California, Cigna, and United Healthcare. We are in network with TriWest and see veterans with prior VA authorization. Please contact your insurance company to confirm your out of network chiropractic coverage.
How much does an appointment cost?
An initial evaluation is $250 and covers a 50 minute assessment plus a chiropractic adjustment, manual therapy, and exercise programming. Follow-up visits are $130 for 25 minutes. After the initial evaluation, packages are available at $741 for 6 visits, $1,053 for 9 visits, and $1,326 for 12 visits.
What happens at my first visit?
The initial evaluation is a complete assessment of the whole body to determine the root cause of your injury. It includes a health history review, a movement assessment, an orthopedic examination, a chiropractic adjustment, soft tissue therapy, and exercise instruction. Please arrive five minutes early.
What treatments do you offer?
Treatments include chiropractic adjustments, joint mobilization, Active Release Technique, shockwave therapy, laser therapy, cupping, Graston/IASTM, and kinesiology tape, along with movement assessments such as the Selective Functional Movement Assessment and Functional Movement Screen.
What conditions do you treat?
We treat head and neck pain including headaches, migraines, whiplash, and TMJ; shoulder and arm injuries such as impingement, rotator cuff strains, tennis elbow, and carpal tunnel; back and torso pain including herniation, stenosis, poor posture, and scoliosis; chest pain such as rib pain and costochondritis; hip and leg pain including sciatica, runners knee, and shin splints; foot pain such as plantar fasciitis and Achilles tendonitis; and sports-related injuries.
What should I wear and bring?
We recommend athletic, non-bulky clothing, and locker rooms are available if you want to bring a change of clothes. Please bring your insurance card if applicable and a credit card to keep on file. New patients receive a welcome email with a patient portal link to complete paperwork online before arriving.
Is chiropractic care safe for children?
Yes. Chiropractic is recognized as a safe, non-invasive therapy, and children who experience sports injuries and falls can benefit from care. Mild soreness after a visit can occur and is temporary.
