What happens at a first visit?
The new patient examination is split across two appointments. The first, called Discovery Day, is a consultation about your history followed by a postural analysis and INSIGHT computerized diagnostic scans, which include thermography, sEMG, and heart rate variability. X-rays may be recommended depending on your specific needs. Typically within 24 to 72 hours you return to review the findings one on one with a doctor and go over your care plan.
What chiropractic technique do you use?
The practice uses Torque Release Technique, a gentle method that uses an instrument called an Integrator to deliver a low force, high speed adjustment to the spine. Unlike traditional manual manipulation it requires minimal force and is described as virtually painless.
Are your chiropractors certified?
Yes. The team is board certified by The California Board of Chiropractic Examiners, and Dr. Rafael and Dr. Chris are Advanced Proficiency Certified in Torque Release Technique.
Do you treat children and pregnant patients?
