We are Costa Lifestyle Medicine, a chiropractic and functional medicine practice in San Clemente, California, led by Dr. Cynthia Costa. We focus on the biomechanics of motion, structure, and function of the spine and musculoskeletal system, then combine that hands-on care with a functional medicine approach so families and individuals can reach their full health potential. Our goal is to help your body do what it was designed to do, which is heal itself. Our patients come to us for chiropractic adjustments, non-surgical spinal decompression, the Graston Technique, applied kinesiology, Kinesio Taping, massage therapy, and neuro-emotional technique. We also support whole-body wellness with functional nutrition and supplementation, biochemistry analysis, detoxification programs, and essential oils. Expecting mothers can benefit from the Webster Technique, and Dr. Costa holds ICPA certification in that method. When an in-person visit is not convenient, our TeleHealth option lets you consult by phone or Zoom for diagnosis, a treatment plan, and at-home rehab guidance. We believe in a patient-centric experience that addresses the emotional, chemical, structural, and energetic aspects of your health. Before each adjustment we use muscle therapy techniques to relax the nervous system and soft tissue, so your care feels calm and complete. We accept insurance and welcome new patients of every age.
