Killroy has 30 employees with over 350 years of combined experience in pest control, all of its technicians are licensed, and the company is licensed, bonded and insured, QualityPro certified, and a member of NPMA and PCOC. Service is available as needed or on monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly and semi-annual plans with no long-term contracts required, estimates are free, and a Sensitive Solutions division offers natural, non-toxic and green alternatives to traditional chemical sprays.

The typical guarantee is 60 days from the date of service. Killroy will provide additional service visits at no additional charge to assure your complete satisfaction and best possible results. Damage caused by rodents and insects is not covered by the guarantee, and fumigations are guaranteed for 4 years.
Do you require a long-term contract?
No. Killroy offers as-needed service as well as monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly and semi-annual plans with no long-term contracts required, and you may stop service at your discretion without any cancellation penalties.
Do you offer green or low-toxicity pest control?
Yes. The Sensitive Solutions division provides natural, chemical-free options and low-toxic solutions including organic granules, botanicals, clove oil and insecticidal soaps, controlling structure-invading pests without traditional chemical sprays.
