Can I get a quote over the phone?
No. Many variables affect tree work, including the size, health, species, and location of the tree, its surroundings, and how close it is to power lines, utilities, buildings, and roads. The tree needs to be seen before the job is priced. An online estimator on the website can give you a ballpark figure in the meantime.
Do I need a permit to remove a tree from my property?
In most cases you will not need a permit to remove a tree on your own property. There are exceptions, such as a historic district or a tree protected by an ordinance, so it is always recommended to check with your local code enforcement office before proceeding.
What happens with the debris after the tree work is done?
Titan Tree Care cleans up all debris and messes after each job unless you request otherwise. The material can be hauled away or left for you to use as mulch, depending on your preference.
Do I need to be there while the work is done?
Titan Tree Care prefers to meet with you before beginning work so everyone agrees on the work to be done and the desired outcome. If you have already reached an agreement with the arborist and cannot be present, the crew can proceed with your approval as long as they have access to where the tree is growing.
What are your hours?
Titan Tree Care is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and is closed on Saturday and Sunday.
