FAQs
Do you offer free estimates?
Yes. Dose Moving & Storage provides free, no-obligation moving estimates. You can get in touch by phone or through the website to discuss your moving needs and receive a transparent quote with no hidden fees.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. The company is fully licensed and insured for both local and interstate moves, and carries comprehensive liability coverage and workers' compensation insurance. Basic liability coverage comes with every move, and additional full-value protection is available.
What areas do you serve?
The team serves the entire Phoenix Valley, including Mesa, Chandler, Scottsdale, Tempe, Gilbert, Glendale, Peoria, and surrounding areas. Long-distance moving services are also provided throughout Arizona and across the United States.
Do you offer storage?
Yes. Short-term and long-term storage is available in secure, climate-controlled facilities with 24/7 security monitoring, surveillance cameras, alarm systems, and night patrol. Storage runs month to month, so there are no long-term contracts required.
How far in advance should I book my move?
For local moves, booking at least 2 to 3 weeks in advance is recommended. For long-distance moves, book 4 to 6 weeks ahead. During peak moving season from May through September, it is best to book even earlier.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, all major credit cards, and certified checks are accepted. Payment is typically due upon completion of your move.
Can you move pianos and other specialty items?
Yes. The team has the equipment and training to move pianos, gun safes, hot tubs, and pool tables, and provides specialized packing and handling for artwork, antiques, and collectibles. Custom crating is available for especially valuable or fragile pieces.
Can you move my business outside of normal work hours?
Yes. Flexible scheduling is offered for commercial moves, including evenings and weekends, so your business loses as little operating time as possible.
