North Valley Mechanical HVAC & Plumbing
North Valley Mechanical is a family-owned HVAC and plumbing company that Kirk Buscho started in 1982 as a one-truck operation in north Phoenix, and that is now run by two generations of the Buscho family with Kirk working alongside his son Konnor. The team covers four trades under one roof: HVAC, plumbing, indoor air quality and water treatment. That means AC repair, installation and replacement, heat pumps, gas furnaces and electric strip backup on the heating side, plus drain clearing, water heater service, Rinnai and Navien tankless installs, leak detection and PEX-A re-pipes on the plumbing side. Indoor air quality work covers MERV 11-13 filtration, HEPA bypass systems, in-duct UV-C and humidity control, and water treatment covers whole-home softeners, point-of-use reverse osmosis and carbon and sediment filtration. The company is licensed in Arizona under AZ ROC 281777 and fully insured for residential and commercial work, and it charges an $89 service call that is waived with any approved repair at the same rate Monday or Sunday, morning or night.

FAQs
What is your service call fee?
It is $89, waived with any approved repair. It is the same rate Monday through Sunday, with no after-hours premium and no tier pricing.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. North Valley Mechanical is licensed in Arizona under AZ ROC 281777 and fully insured for residential and commercial work.
How long have you been in business?
Kirk Buscho started North Valley Mechanical in 1982 as a one-truck operation in north Phoenix, so the company has been working the Valley for 44 years and is still family-owned.
Do you handle both HVAC and plumbing?
Yes. The team covers four trades under one roof: HVAC, plumbing, indoor air quality and water treatment. That includes AC and heating repair and replacement, drain clearing, water heaters, leak detection, re-pipes, filtration and water softeners.
Do you offer after-hours emergency service?
Emergency after-hours service is available based on capacity, at the same $89 service call day or night.
What HVAC brands do you service?
Trane, Carrier, Lennox, Goodman, Rheem, American Standard, Bryant, Amana, Day & Night and Payne. If your unit is not on that list, call and ask, because the team probably still services it.
How fast will someone get back to me?
North Valley Mechanical responds within 1 business hour during operating hours, and offers same-day diagnostics on most calls.
Can you help with Phoenix hard water?
Yes. Phoenix water runs 250+ ppm hardness, so the team installs whole-home softeners, point-of-use reverse osmosis at the kitchen sink, and whole-home carbon and sediment filtration on the supply line.
