What is included in a standard cleaning?
Every basic cleaning includes bedrooms, bathrooms, the kitchen and common areas, with tidying, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping floors and making beds. Extras such as refrigerator, oven, cabinet and drawer interiors, interior windows, walls, deep cleaning and green cleaning can be added during online booking.
What is the 200% guarantee?
If you are not happy with your service the first time, Maid Easy will come back a second time free of charge to make it right. Let the team know within 24 hours and the re-clean is scheduled within a 7-day window. If you are still not happy, you do not pay.
Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?
Yes. The team brings its own eco-friendly products that are safe for family and pets. If you would rather your own supplies be used, add a note to your booking.
Are your cleaners background checked?
Yes. Every cleaning professional is pre-screened with a rigorous interview, a multi-point quality assessment and a skills test, followed by extensive background and reference checks. Team members are bonded and licensed.
What will you not clean?
Maid Easy does not clean exterior windows, climb ladders, lift items over 25 pounds, or move heavy appliances and furniture. The team also does not handle mold removal, deep stain removal, pest removal or hazardous material cleanup, and cabinets and drawers need to be empty before their interiors can be cleaned.
How does booking work?
Booking is done online in three steps: enter your bedroom and bathroom count or square footage, pick an appointment date and time, then choose any add-ons. Payment details are entered at booking, a pre-authorization hold is placed the morning of your service, and you are charged once the cleaning is complete.
Do you offer recurring cleaning?
Yes. Weekly, bi-weekly, tri-weekly and monthly recurring services are available and include automatic scheduling, email and text reminders, and discounts. Recurring customers receive the same cleaning professional on each visit.
Do you handle move in and move out cleaning?
Yes. Move in and move out cleaning is an extra service for an empty home, with added attention to baseboards, outlets, corners and floors that were covered by furniture, plus interior cleaning of the refrigerator, oven, cabinets and drawers.
