De La Rosa House Cleaning, LLC was officially created in 2005 and cleans homes across the Greater Phoenix area. Every job starts with a free consultation that is used to build a custom cleaning plan, and payment can be made by cash, check, credit card, Venmo, or Zelle.

Are your cleaners insured?
Yes. All of the cleaners at De La Rosa House Cleaning are insured for your peace of mind.
Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee?
Yes. If you are not 100% satisfied, call within 24 hours and the team will come back and make sure your expectations are met.
What is included in a standard clean?
A standard clean covers vacuuming, dusting, cleaning the bathrooms, dusting blinds and ceiling fans, cleaning window ledges, mopping, light bed making, cleaning the kitchen, light straightening, and changing bedding upon request.
What is included in a deep clean?
A deep clean includes everything in the standard clean plus the inside of the oven, the inside of the fridge, the inside of the cabinets, and scrubbing the baseboards.
What cleaning services do you offer?
De La Rosa House Cleaning offers house cleaning, apartment cleaning, deep cleaning, post construction cleaning, office cleaning, and move in and move out cleaning.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. You do not need to be home for your cleaning. Many clients provide a key, an alarm code, or a hide-a-key so the team can get in. A $75 lock out fee applies if the team cannot gain access to the home.
How do you take payment?
Payment can be made by cash, check, online credit card through QuickBooks, Venmo, or Zelle. A $25 fee applies if a check is returned.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours before the start of your cleaning appointment. If a cancellation comes within a 24 hour notice, 100% of the cleaning fees will be charged.
