AmeriMove Portable Storage, or AMPS, works in three steps. The all weather units are delivered to your home, you load them at your convenience with up to a week to do it, then the crew picks them up and takes them to the air conditioned warehouse. Large units measure 8 by 12 feet and small units measure 5 by 8 by 7.5 feet, and each unit holds approximately one and a half rooms of furniture.
What protection covers my belongings?
On interstate moves, Full Value Protection with a $0 deductible is always included in the price, and you can change the deductible to $250 or $500 or select Basic Coverage at $.60 per pound per article. For local Florida moves, standard moving valuation coverage is set by law at $.60 per pound per article and is included in the price, with additional valuation coverage available as an option.
