We're AA Window, Roof & Gutter Cleaning, a locally owned exterior cleaning company based in Kirkland, Washington and serving the greater Seattle and Portland/Vancouver areas since 1985. Founded by Brett VandenBrink, our company grew from a college student cleaning windows door-to-door into a trusted team that has cared for thousands of homes across the region. As a third-generation business owner, Brett built this company on hard work, integrity, and a genuine commitment to safety, quality, and service. We handle the outside work most homeowners would rather not climb a ladder for. Our services include gutter cleaning to keep water flowing and protect your roof, walls, and foundation, roof cleaning that safely removes moss and debris, streak-free window cleaning inside and out, solar panel cleaning to help restore energy output, and pressure washing for driveways, walkways, patios, and decks. Safety is central to how we work. Our technicians are trained in professional fall protection and use the right tools and methods for each roof type and cleaning task. Safety is our top priority. Our technicians are trained in professional fall protection, and we use high-quality ladders with leg levelers and stabilizer bars along with proper traction footwear for slippery roofs.

What does pricing look like?

We provide a transparent quote after reviewing your home and the services you need. We're currently offering a July Special of $50 off any recurring maintenance program.
